How much does pressure cleaning cost?
Most residential jobs fall between $299 and $1,199. Very small or very large jobs may fall outside this range. We give clear, upfront quotes so you always know the exact price before we start.
What surfaces do you clean?
We handle driveways, paths, patios, pool areas, walls, fences, eaves, gutter exterior, roofs, solar panels & gutter cleaning.
Will pressure cleaning damage my home?
Not when it’s done properly. Some surfaces need strong pressure to clean safely, while others require a soft-wash ( tailored treatment and a gentle fan-tip rinse). We assess every surface first and use the right method so you get great results without damage.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned, a tap, and a power point, we can complete the job while you’re out.
How long does a job take?
Anywhere from 1 to 8 hours depending on the size and complexity. If you’d like a job time estimate, just ask and we’d be happy to give you a time frame.
Do you use chemicals? Are they safe?
We use sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine) to treat mould and organic growth. It can harm plants if used carelessly, which is why we rinse surrounding gardens before, during, and after treatment. We’ve never had a call about damaged plants – we do it right the first time.
Are you insured? Do you guarantee your work?
Yes! We’re proud to say that all work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee – if you’re not happy, you don’t pay us a cent. We’re also covered by $5,000,000 in public liability insurance, for total peace of mind.
What areas do you service?
Most of the work we do is for locals in Shailer Park, Daisy Hill and Cornubia but we’re more than happy to travel. We have plenty of happy customers all over Brisbane so feel free to reach out!
