Will roof cleaning damage my roof?

No – we do not use any high pressure on roofs. We use a method called ‘soft washing’, to prevent damage and get the best results possible.

Do I need to be home for the service?

No. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned, a tap, and a power point, we can complete the job while you’re out.

How long does a roof cleaning job take?

Anywhere from 2 to 8 hours depending on the size and complexity. If you’d like a job time estimate, just ask and we’d be happy to give you a time frame.

Do you use chemicals? Are they safe?

Yes. We use diluted sodium hypochlorite to kill mould and lichen, then rinse thoroughly. Surrounding areas are protected before and after treatment.We use sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine) to treat mould and organic growth. It can harm plants if used carelessly, which is why we rinse surrounding gardens before, during, and after treatment. We’ve never had a call about damaged plants – we do it right the first time.
